How to Monitor Your GLPro Shipment
Step 1: Review Your Email
After placing your order, you will receive:

Yes, it is common for tracking data to take 24-48 hours to refresh after the dispatch label is generated. If there is no activity after 72 hours, kindly contact our care team for further assistance.
Q: Can I modify my delivery address?

Q: My package shows delivered, but I have not received it.
